   I saw a orb in person unlike when people say it felt comforting i was crying with fear because it was making a humming noise that wouldnt go away for 2 mins that happend this morning 13 April 2012 at 2:13 am what could it be?

     omg!!! you poor thing… this happened to me as well but it started to talk about harming me… so i went under my kitchen sink and started screaming like at 4 in the morning… my parents didn’t see anything and tried to send me to an asylum… i have no idea what it could be but the fact that they have enough power to communicate trans-dimensionally is scary enough…

   i have experienced a paranormal being wen i was eight it was at my dressing table five nights in a row it was a white figure almost astho it was looking into my mirror and doing its hair i froze and im 25 now and still i am afraid to be alone and up in the dark is that stupid??

     Hi.

     When you find yourself becoming anxious at night/in the dark – I suggest stabilize yourself through breathing and by focusing on the breath – that way stopping any residual thoughts around ‘ghosts’.

   I’m a teenager and last night something happened. I went to the restroom in the middle of the night because I had to pee, no big deal. But when I get in there a piece of paper was taped to the mirror saying “lock the door!”. I didn’t think much of this, it was most likely left for my brothers to lock the front door. So I lock the bathroom door to use the restroom. Three seconds after locking that door, the doorknob started thrashing left and roght as if something was dying to get in. I kind of passed this off as my oldest brother messing with me, so I finished up and opened the door to the bathroom, from the bathroom door you can see down the stairs, and I looked down the stairs and I saw a glowing head, neck, and shoulders of a man who didn’t look happy in any stretch of the imagination. He looked up at me, glared in a way that caused me to have begun to cry, and disappeared. I kept thinking “I’m going crazy” to myself and walked back into my room. I shut the door and sat on my bed. 2-3:00 AM I sat there and during that time I heard pacing outside my door, cracking on my door like someone was trying to push it open without twisting the doorknob, and then around 3:30 I started to hear humming. A whurr that echoed in my mind, causing me emotional turmoil. But I had no idea where it was coming from. I whispered to myself “why won’t it stop” and it did. But as soon as I said that I heard a shreik, like something was so angry that it had to let out a frightening yell. It is 4:30 AM June 11 2012, and the torture seems to have finally stopped. But there is no chance I’m going to sleep.
